Call Outs

If you are located in Newport, Bilgola, Mona Vale, Avalon, Clareville we will not charge a call out fee, but we do calculate our service based from leaving and returning to our base at Newport Beach.

Other areas in the Northern Beaches region incur $35 call out fee plus $0.80 cents per kilometre calculated to and from Newport Beach.



Other Regions:  For Full Day Training & Installations -  Travel Fees by agreement.
 

Remote access to your PC

Remote access is available on all our services, where we are able to simply log in to your PC safely using a reputable 3rd party company. Log-In fee (a simple reimbursement to company supplying the service) approx AUD $30.
